QUILTS DONATION FOR WILDFIRE VICTIMS

Our recent project was all about providing comfort, warmth, and hope to the victims of the devastating wildfires in Nova Scotia. At Atlantic Fabrics, we knew that in times of crisis, every stitch counts. In under a month, we managed to collect over 80 beautifully crafted quilts, and with the help of our generous community, we delivered them to Madeline Symonds Middle School. These quilts became more than just fabric and thread; they were a symbol of support and resilience during a challenging time.

Our heartfelt thanks go out to the incredible quilters whose compassion and generosity shone brightly. Your dedication made a meaningful difference in the lives of the fire victims and deserving children who received these quilts. They provided not only physical warmth but also a sense of comfort and reassurance, reminding them that they are not alone in their journey towards recovery. Atlantic Fabrics is proud to have been part of this project that brought communities together and demonstrated the power of empathy and unity.
The results of this project were truly heartwarming. The smiles on the faces of those who received these quilts, the comfort they brought during a difficult period, and the sense of togetherness it fostered were immeasurable. We are committed to continuing our efforts to make a positive impact in our community, one project at a time. Thank you for being a part of this heartwarming initiative.
